Welcome to The Live Better Group, my home on the interwebs. My name is Trevor King, and I am a health researcher, a recovering depressed person and the Executive Producer of various films, documentary series and online events with over 4 million views to date.
Since I’ve been doing this health thing now for more than eight years, I created this page as a helpful place for new visitors to discover some of our most popular content.
For the last few years I’ve gathered quite a following for my live webclass series where I explain how various new tech devices are improving our chances to live healthier, longer lives. The webclasses are always educational and have an emphasis on fun – but they’re also great times of discovery with quite a few “AHA” moments.
To date we have covered things like EMF Radiation, Water Filtration, Hydrogen Water, Hyperbaric Oxygen, Red Light devices and much more. You can sign up for the whole series HERE.
One important distinction about me – I am NOT a doctor and am NOT credentialled in any way. I’m a normal guy from Ireland with a family that I adore – and they are the motivation for all that I do in the health world. Probably like you – that’s the most important thing to me.

When we started on this health journey, the first people we had to educate were ourselves.
We still come at every email, every webclass, every online event with a teachable spirit. But yes, we've learned a few things along the way. And sharing those things with you is our mission.
